初賽是現場參與嗎?
不是,初賽是以網上形式提交短片,決賽才是現場參與的。
提交的影片可否剪輯、加配樂等後期製作?
可以,但家長需自行判斷及安排決賽時如何操作。
同一位家長可否同時與不同年級的子/女參加多於一個項目?
比賽屬自願性質,家長可以同時參與多於一個項目,但本會不建議。
如家長連同不同年級的子/女同時報名一個項目,應選擇什麼級別?
家長可以自行決定。
參與家長是否必需為父/母其中一方?
參與的「家長」必需為成人並與參賽子/女有親屬關系。
為什麼子/女朗讀的內容不多?
因為比賽以推動親子互動為目的,促進親子間的溝通與互動,並不是以學術性為主的比賽,詳情可參考評分準則。
家長可否自行將誦材內容增加或減少?
不可以,所有指定材料不可以進行修改,自選材料需要事先上傳並獲得確認。最終評分準則以官方朗讀材料為準。
可否自行將朗讀材料內的父/母朗讀部分給子/女朗讀?
可以的,但最終評分準則以官方朗讀材料為準,子/女朗讀內容增加並不會有加分。
子/女可否背誦朗讀材料?
可以的,但子/女背誦內容並不會有加分,一切以評分準則為準。
如何界定小朋友是否非華語組?
子/女的母語為中文以外語言皆視為非華語組,如母語為中文(粵語、普通話)則需參與幼稚園組 (K1 / K2 / K3)或小學組 (P1 / P2 / P3)。
Is the preliminary on-site participation?
No, the preliminary is to submit the short video online, and the final is the live participation.
Can the submitted video be edited, edited with soundtrack and post-production?
Yes, but parents need to consider feasibility in the final.
Can the same parent participate in more than one project with children in different grades?
Parents can do this because this contest is voluntary, however, it is not recommended by organizers.
If parents and children in different grades sign up for one project together, which group l should choose?
Parents can make a decision by themselves.
As contestants, do parents need to be one of the parents?
The participating "parents" must be adults and have kinship with the contestants.
Why the reading part for children is not much?
Because our goal is to "Promote Parent-child Interaction and Create Wonderful Memories Together", it is not an academic competition. For details, please refer to the scoring criteria.
Can parents modify the content of the designated materials by themselves?
No, all designated materials should not be modified, and the optional materials need to be uploaded in advance for approval. The final scoring criteria are based on official reading materials.
Can children read some of the parents part of the materials?
Yes. But it will not help on score and the final scoring criteria are based on the official reading materials.
Can children recite the reading materials?
Yes. However, we don't recommend to do that and there will be no help on score. The result is subjected by scoring criteria.
How to define whether children are "non-Chinese speakers"?
Children whose native language is other than Chinese are considered as non-Chinese speakers. If children's native language is Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua), they need to participate in the kindergarten group (K1 / K2 / K3) or elementary school group (P1 / P2 / P3).
